Designing Video Platform

Bolo is a video Question & Answer platform that allows users (T2 and T3) to ask and answer questions in vernacular language. Answers are short videos less than 1 minute each, and questions range from a variety of topics be it news, career counseling, or beauty & fashion. 

My role was to optimise the user flows and increase user retention. I also did user interviews and competitors analysis to explore new opportunities.
